Post retreat blues

I will write up my weekend retreat later this week (I made a lot of notes) but I first need to get over this awful cold I picked-up somewhere. Luckily the cold only made itself known during the afternoon of the last day so it didn't interfere too much.

And the retreat? Well, you'll have to wait for me to feel a bit better. Meanwhile here's a few lines of a Rolling Stones song that kind of sums up one of insights I gained from the weekend:
